Mark has more than 30 years of uninterrupted experience in the Sydney CBD office leasing market, with an exceptional track record of performance. Mark has deep relationships across the industry and is a specialist in major development projects and consultancy roles across the Sydney CBD and Fringe marketplaces.

Mark has dedicated his entire career to office leasing, starting in the industry in 1992 as a graduate at Stanton Hillier Parker where he worked for 9 years. In 2001, Mark was part of a management buyout of Stanton’s office leasing business which led to the establishment of Grosvenor Hickey Tindale (GHT). After just 4 years of operations, in 2005, GHT was acquired by the UK-listed DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield) to bolster its Australian operations. Mark remained with DTZ for 5 years before embarking on the co-establishment of Cadigal in 2011.

Aside from working on key leasing appointments and with tenants on key mandates, Mark is regularly engaged for consultancy services around development feasibilities and actively works with the Research and Analytics team to deliver market-based presentations for clients. From time to time, Mark is also engaged as an expert witness to assist in court cases where leasing matters are involved.

Recent projects include Brookfield Place Sydney, 10 Shelley Street, Governor Phillip & Macquarie Towers and 1 Bligh Street

Current engagements include 55 Pitt Street (development), 1 Elizabeth Street (development) and 8 Chifley Square.
