Mark Tindale - Director

Mark is one of Sydney's most experienced and successful office leasing professionals. With over 22 continuous years of Sydney CBD leasing experience and an exceptional track record of performance, Mark is extremely well networked and is a genuine specialist in project leasing for the Premium and A Grade sector of the Sydney CBD market.

Mark has been operating in leadership positions for the past 15 years. After 9 years at Stanton Hillier Parker from 1992 to 2001 he was part of a successful management buyout which led to the establishment of Grosvenor Hickey Tindale (GHT) in 2001. After just 4 years, the UK-listed DTZ acquired GHT in order to bolster its Australian operations in 2005. Mark then remained with DTZ for 5 successful years before embarking on the co-establishment of Cadigal Office Leasing in 2011.

Major project leasing appointments have included 1 Bligh Street, One Farrer Place - Governor Phillip/Governor Macquarie Tower, Gateway - 1 Macquarie Place, 363 George Street, Workplace6, 9 Castlereagh Street, 68 York Street and Macquarie House, 167 Macquarie Street.

Current project appointments include One Farrer Place - Governor Phillip and Governor Macquarie Towers, Brookfield's Wynyard Place development and 10 Shelley Street.  

In 2007, 2011 and 2012 Mark was awarded Office Agent of the Year, and in 2014 Office Transaction of the Year, at the DEXUS Excellence in Agency Awards. 

Interests outside of work include tennis, reading, fishing, surfing, kayaking on Sydney Harbour and cheering on the Sydney Roosters.
