Moving back to their origins in The Rocks

Australian Wool Innovation, the administrative, marketing and R&D function of Australia's Wool Growers, have recently agreed to relocate their offices to the historic Rocks precinct of Sydney's CBD.

AWI has leased Level 6 at 155 George Street comprising around 1,100sqm of office accommodation, under a new seven (7) year lease with building owners Tackelly. AWI will relocate from their current premises in the midtown during Q3, 2015, and will be moving towards an activity based workplace featuring a heavy reliance on technology and offering staff flexible zones for individual and group working.

Cadigal Office Leasing successfully brokered the lease agreement.
