Suncorp commitment to 24,300sqm at 10 Shelley Street

Representing the largest relocation deal struck in the Sydney CBD during 2015, Suncorp Group has secured an 11 year lease agreement with Brookfield at 10 Shelley Street. 

Currently occupied by KPMG, 10 Shelley Street is a high quality 15 level A grade building completed in 2003. Key features include large central core designed floorplates averaging 1970sqm each, prominent signage and a unique position affording immediate proximity to Barangaroo and Wynyard Walk.

As a result of Suncorp's future move to 10 Shelley Street, 4 currently occupied buildings will be vacated including 259 George Street, 321 Kent Street, 60 Margaret Street and 20 Bond Street.
Brookfield will attend to a significant repositioning program including the Ground Floor plane, a refurbishment of all floors and a number of technical services upgrades.
