Shell House - 10,000sqm heritage building to be restored and transformed into prime workspace and a rooftop bar/restaurant space

285 George Street - 3,000sqm heritage building to be restored into prime workspace and retail

Wynyard Place Retail - 8,000sqm of retail, bars and restaurants spread over 2 concourse levels plus George and Carrington Street areas

Public Domain - A grand new 13m high entrance to Wynyard Station concourse from George Street, and a generous through-link for commuters between George and Carrington Streets

The project is now in an advanced planning stage and is expected to receive development approvals in late 2014. The project is targeting delivery from the second half of 2018.
