Otis Elevators lift their workplace

Otis Elevators is moving from the suburbs into the Sydney CBD, recently signing a lease over Level 23, 363 George Street. Having been located at 149-155 Milton St, Ashfield for many years, it was decided that a move to the CBD would allow Otis to be closer to their clients and major projects. 

Location was an important factor in Otis' office search and 363 George's position at the foot of Martin Place was very appealing. Martin Place has become the location of choice for tenants after several buildings have undergone redevelopment, resulting in a number of new tenants calling Martin Place home, Apple, Ashurst, Challenger, WeWork and LinkedIn. The pedestrianisation of George Street has further increased the appeal of 363 George Street as a business location. Many tenants are embracing the conversion of George Street and seeing the benefits it will bring to the city but also their staff through the light rail system and new outdoor dining and creative spaces that will soon be at 363 George's door step.
