M&PS leases 3 floors in 1 Bligh

The Commonwealth Parliamentary Office (CPO) has leased Levels 19-21 of 1 Bligh Street, Australia's flagship sustainable office tower.

CPO has secured Levels 19-21 of the building comprising 4,891sqm for more than 12 years commencing 1 July 2012 and will be relocating from nearby 70 Phillip Street in early 2013.

Cadigal Office Leasing represented by Grant Jennings and Mark Tindale acted for DEXUS Property Group, DEXUS Wholesale Property Fund and Cbus Property in the transaction.
