Warren and Mahoney one of New Zealand's leading architectural firms have moved to Australia Square taking 248sqm on level 13, 95 Pitt Street. Warren and Mahoney is a multidisciplinary architectural practice with five locations across Australia and New Zealand. Moving from Surry Hills, Warren and Mahoney saw value in the newly upgraded complex at Australia Square over their existing space in Surry Hills. They recognised the high level of services in an architecturally iconic building and the inherent benefits that would bring to their business.

The joint owners, DEXUS and The GPT Group have made major upgrades to both the Australia Square Tower and Plaza buildings as well as improvements to the retail and end of trip facilities. As architects, Warren and Mahoney used their own in-house design to customise the suite to deliver what is truly a unique working space in the Sydney CBD.

Cadigal continues to work with DEXUS and The GPT Group at Australia Square to deliver new and innovative office space to the market.

The deal was handled by Cadigal, represented by Shaun Keating.
