InvoCare Limited Relocate to 40 Miller Street, North Sydney

Cadigal Office Leasing has finalised a lease with InvoCare Limited on an area of approximately 1,650sqm in one of North Sydney's trophy 'A' Grade assets, 40 Miller Street, North Sydney.

InvoCare Limited is a publicly listed entity who is currently completing their fitout at 40 Miller Street with the intention to occupy in quarter 2, 2016.

InvoCare is one of the largest North Sydney tenants being displaced by the new North Sydney railway station at 181 Miller Street North Sydney.

This transaction was a testament to Mirvac who demonstrated their professionalism, quality of management and commitment to assist InvoCare in moving their corporate headquarters.There is no doubt that without a hands on approach and working as a team this transaction would not have been concluded.

The strength of the North Sydney and North Shore market in 2015 has continued in quarter 1, 2016 and we are forecasting strong effective rental growth in 2016. Cadigal has over 12,000sqm solicitors instructed on the Lower North Shore with most of these deals setting new record rents for these assets.
