345 & 363 GEORGE STREET LEASING APPOINTMENT

ISPT has again chosen Cadigal as its leasing agent for emerging vacancies in their landmark Sydney CBD complex. 

Around 7,000sqm  of space will emerge in 2016 providing some excellent opportunities for tenants seeking prime space in the vicinity of Martin Place. 

Along with providing opportunities for a new flagship retailer, ISPT will also be embarking on a major repositioning of the office foyers, to unite both buildings through an expanded common lobby presence with high visibility to George Street.
