Sage who is a market leader for integrated accounting, payroll and payment systems has recently committed to 2 floors in one of the most recognised A Grade assets on Sydney's North Shore, The Zenith, 821 Pacific Highway, Chatswood. Geoffrey Learmonth from LPC represented Sage in securing a 10 year lease on 2,091.10sqm.

Craig Dolman from Cadigal Office Leasing acted on behalf of DEXUS and GPT, who have subsequently sold The Zenith to a joint venture with Centuria and Blackrock.  

Chatswood has re-emerged as one of the most desirable markets in Sydney and this has been supported with a tremendous amount of enquiry for the current and future vacancies at The Zenith.

The Lower North Shore office markets including North Sydney, St Leonards and Chatswood is proving to be a destination of choice for major corporations.

The declining vacancy rates in Sydney coupled with the improved amenities on the Lower North Shore are part of the reasons for these high levels of demand in all size ranges.

The Lower North Shore hasn't had vacancy rates at these levels since the dot.com boom of the late 90's and we are forecasting a dramatic decline in incentives and continued effective rental growth over the next few years.
