The design inspiration came from the different stages of the sky as witnessed by the Plaza every day. The Plaza Building was designed by one of Australia’s leading Architects, Harry Seidler and is part of one of Sydney’s most iconic complexes, Australia Square.
Located on 95 Pitt Street, The Plaza is a 13 Level high quality office building. The building benefits from all the amenities of the Australia Square complex, the large gourmet food court, open air plaza area and large numbers of parking in the basement. Level 6 of the plaza building features two suites; The Sunset Suite (500sqm) and The Midnight Suite (250sqm) suite are both beautifully designed with warm hues and different textures to provide a welcoming feel. The Sunset Suite is immaculate and luxurious, featuring bold and brilliant tones, in contrast the midnight Suite uses rich grey and blue tones to create an exciting space. Level 7 continues the sky theme and offers light ash tiles in the lobby area, surrounded by warm hues, textured wall finishes and recessed downlights. The three suites on this level all feature a boardroom, kitchen and breakout areas, meeting rooms, workstations and hot desk/quiet rooms providing the perfect option for businesses in search of inspiring offices.
The refurbishment of these suites follows the recent transformation of Levels 44 and 45 at Australia Square which comprised a selection of stunning suites which ranging from 165sqm to 365sqm. The Australia Square complex spans George Street, Bond Street, Pitt Street and Curtin Place in the Sydney CBD. The Plaza building fronts onto Pitt Street. Australia Square is located near a number of major office towers and prestigious retail offerings. A short 5 minute walk will find you in Wynyard Station, Circular Quay and Sydney’s historic Rocks.
