EMM are a global Environmental Consultancy firm who were considering properties across Sydney’s North Shore. Marcus’s strategic foresight, in-depth market knowledge and tenacity were critical in closing the deal, which included innovative lease terms and a flexible fit-out allowance that met the needs of all parties involved.
