The Cadigal name was chosen for our business given its strong connection to people and place in Sydney.
Having settled on Cadigal as our preferred business name, our directors liaised with the Metropolitan Local Aboriginal Land Council to explain our background and interest in using the Cadigal name for our business. The council considered & approved our request and commented that they were optimistic that our usage might inspire enquiry into the origins of Cadigal, and thus further promote their heritage & culture.
