Australia Square’s evolution has continued this year with the transformation of Levels 44 and 45. The bespoke suites at Australia Square are designed with a focus on health and wellness.
The two floors of the iconic building were subdivided into seven office suites, with designs inspired by the Australian continent’s natural elements and the building’s core construction materials such as concrete and glass.
Level 44 was inspired by the calming and reinvigorating colours and textures of the Natural Wonders of Australia. All five suites on this floor feature quality designer finishes, workstations, boardrooms, ample meeting and breakout zones and kitchen areas.
Level 45 was inspired by the wonderful qualities of using materials to create a sense of style and sophistication to create a welcoming and inspiring place to work.
The suites range from 165sqm to 365sqm and all include boardroom, meeting rooms, cabled sit to stand workstations, kitchen and breakout areas, city and harbour views.
In addition, some suites incorporate smart human-centric technology including voice-controlled automation plus automatic management of power, lighting, blinds and music.
