Cromwell Property Group has announced three large office leases at its building Symantec House, 207 Kent Street, Sydney.
Online betting group Unibet has leased 1,020sqm on level 9 while Compass Offices leased 998sqm on level 21. Adding to recent leasing activity Technology company Leap has entered into a lease renewal over 1,569 sqm on level 8.
