80 Pacific Highway

One of North Sydney’s high profile A grade buildings 80 Pacific Highway (Formally known as the Cisco building) is now fully leased.  As part of the successful leasing campaign Mirvac carried out an outstanding refurbishment of the asset that included lobby improvements,  new A grade end of trip facilities and full refurbishment of vacant floors including bathrooms.  These upgrades delivered an immediate uplift in rents and provided Cadigal with a true A grade product to take to the leasing market.  Cadigal had early success securing travel company Helloworld to the top 2 floors (2,000sqm) of the building with no downtime on these floors.  This was followed by Insurance Company Arthur J Gallagher leasing 2 floors (2,200sqm) relocating from 60 Miller Street North Sydney.   The final commitment came from Broad spectrum (Formally Transfield Services) securing 3 floors (3,300sqm).
