In a further sign of the continued strength of the North Shore office market, disability support services provider Hireup has leased 2,600sqm across 3 levels of commercial space within 120 Pacific Highway, St. Leonards. The 5-year deal was brokered by Craig Dolman, Director of specialist commercial leasing agency Cadigal. Marcus Pratley, Director at Cadigal, represented building owner W & W Property.
With a focus on improving the lives of people with disabilities, Hireup is an online peer-to-peer platform that gives people with disabilities and their support workers the tools to find each other based on location, appropriate skills and common interests. Previously located at 100 Christie Street, the company was in search of new headquarters to accommodate its growing team and to provide an accessible workspace for both employees and community-led events.
With an emphasis on culture and collaboration in an open plan environment, and being acutely aware of the need for inclusiveness and special needs requirements, 120 Pacific Highway proved to be the ideal location for Hireup.
