As employees demand more from their work environments, offices fitouts are changing to reflect this. Many of us are now looking for a more convenient and enjoyable work life, and this has led to employers offering more than just the standard office layout.
It is widely recognised that vibrant design encourages collaboration, with better work-life balance in turn delivering better output and efficiencies and the offering at Australia Square is no exception.
Australia Square has defined itself as an architectural landmark renowned for quality of design and services housing A grade commercial tenants. Following on from the recent roll out of brand new end of trip facilities and group wellness programs, the building has set itself further apart with a unique approach to working. Level 36 was recently vacated and the objective was to deliver four bespoke suites that will further enhance Australia Square’s perception in the market and position it as a leading office complex that meets and exceeds the needs of today’s tenants. A focus on wellness attributes was also essential.
The suites, located on Level 36 of Australia Square, were brought to life by NPM. The design inspiration came from key monuments and themes associated with Australia Square while focusing on wellness and technology features. The Nervi Suite, Fountain Suite, Sol LeWitt Suite and the Calder Suite all feature the highest quality materials and unique designs, each suite displays its own identity while maintaining a consistent corporate aesthetic.
Australia Square is located at the centre of Sydney’s core business district at 264 George Street. It is the ideal environment where tenants are surrounded by leading financial institutions, multinationals, five-star hotels, excellent restaurants and bars and cultural attractions. These new suites position Australia Square as a building fit for a mobile generation with a focus on technology, health, balance, wellbeing, convenience and connectivity.
