On Saturday November 30, our inspiring team member, Jonathan Seager, made his way to North Sydney to begin a gruelling 100km run to his hometown of Wollongong in support of Movember.
Supported by friends and family along the way, Jonathan successfully completed the 100km journey in under 12 hours – an incredible feat.
This display of endurance and determination highlights Jonathan’s commitment to raising awareness and funds for men’s health.
Movember addresses some of the most pressing health issues facing men today, including mental health, suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer.
We all have a role to play in preventing suicide, and it starts with recognising the signs of poor mental health in those around us. It’s often small changes in behaviour that can signal someone in real distress. Reaching out and checking in, can make all the difference, in fact, it might just save their life.

We are immensely proud of Jono’s achievements that have inspired us all to take action for men’s health.
