Celia joined Cadigal in January 2024 and brings a unique global insight, having more than 6 years of office leasing experience across Central London and Sydney CBD office markets.
With a Master of Science in Real Estate and qualification as a Chartered Surveyor, Celia has a strong track record in advising clients on leasing projects which have included London’s Olympic Park, and the iconic Adelphi building on The Strand.
Celia is highly active in brokering tenants in the Sydney market and is transparent, strategic, and analytical in her approach.
More broadly, Celia is particularly interested by the impact of sustainability, technology, and life sciences in the office market, and how this will change the Sydney landscape over the next 10 years. Professionally, she is determined to further increase diversity in the property industry and recently participated in the PCA’s 500 women in property program.
