The Forum at St Leonards provides three separate office towers with the larger towers being 201 and 203 Pacific Highway. Challenger engaged Cadigal exclusively to rebrand and lease a major vacancy that had incurred significant downtime at 203 Pacific Highway. Once 203 Pacific Highway was leased, both assets were sold to Abacus and Centuria Property Funds respectively, with a major stage 2 vacancy at 201 Pacific Highway in 2017.
Cadigal has managed the leasing campaigns for Challenger and Abacus across both towers at The Forum since 2015, preleasing and marketing approximately 11,000sqm in both towers. Whilst these opportunities had their challenges, our targeted campaign focussed on the location and quality of the asset with outstanding results achieved for both properties.
